Welcome to the 2010 Racing Season.  To help ensure this is our best season yet, the club is seeking volunteers for the following positions;

2010 Silent Auction Coordinator;

In 2009 our club successfully hosted a Silent Auction with much thanks to Elizabeth Williams.  Our club feels that this could be an excellent fundraiser for 2010.  The club is in need of a volunteer to take on and oversee the Silent Auction with the guidance of Elizabeth Williams and the help of some of the volunteers who made it happen in past seasons.  The task would include organizing a group of volunteers to help gather, sort and list the items up for auction, and to organize volunteers on the evening of the auction to work the door, collect money, hand out items etc…  Please contact any member of the executive for further information.  www.sislra.ca

Announcer(s);

Announcer duties include; announcing driver information, announcing race information, announcing race day sponsors, speaking clearly, and representing our club in a positive manner.  No previous experience is necessary and all training and information that needs to be announced will be provided.  For more information please contact Tracy at tracy.barnes@shaw.ca or 250-598-4048.
